🚘 General Terms
- ✔ The mentioned car types are indicative only and may be substituted with a similar model.
- ✔ Renters must hold a valid EU or International Driving License, issued at least one year prior to the rental.
- ✔ Rental rates are based on pickup and return at the same location.
- ✔ Rental periods are calculated on a 24-hour basis, starting from the time of vehicle pickup.
❌ Restrictions & Special Conditions
- 🚫 International one-way rentals are not available.
- 🚫 Transportation between islands is strictly prohibited.
- 🔹 One-way rentals within Crete are available upon request.
- 💳 Any compulsory or additional charges not included in the rate are payable locally at the time of rental.
⚠️ Insurance Exclusions
Insurance does not cover damage caused under the following conditions:
- ❌ Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- ❌ Traffic law violations or reckless driving.

💰 Payment Options
- ✔ 15% deposit – Pay via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
- ✔ Remaining balance – Pay on arrival with cash or credit card.
📄 Confirmation & Refund Policy
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a voucher with all the details. If your holiday is canceled, we will fully refund your deposit.

⚠️ Optional Insurance Reduction
All vehicles include standard insurance with a deductible:
- 💶 €700 - Small cars
- 💶 €1000 - Large family cars / Jimny
- 💶 €1400 - SUV
- 💶 €1800 - Minibus / Convertible
The renter's liability for damage to the vehicle can be reduced to €0 by paying a daily fee:
- 💶 €10 per day – Small Cars
- 💶 €11 per day – Family Cars
- 💶 €12 per day – SUVs / Jimny
- 💶 €16 per day – Mini Buses
You can select this option during checkout or upon vehicle pickup. (Luxury Cars are excluded from this option.)
If you purchase this insurance on arrival, the amount may differ.
✅ With this package, no credit card is required. No pre-authorization as a guarantee.
❗ This optional insurance does not cover damage to the underside of the car, tires, or glass breakage.
🔞 Minimum Age Requirement
The minimum age to rent a car varies based on the vehicle category. All renters must hold a valid driver's license for a specific period before renting.
🚗 Standard Cars
- ✔ 21 years old for small cars
- ✔ Must hold a driver’s license for at least 1 year
🚙 Larger Vehicles
- ✔ 23 years old for mid-sized and larger cars
- ✔ Must hold a driver’s license for at least 2 years
🚐 Cabrio, Mini Bus & Luxury Cars
- ✔ 25 years old minimum
⚠️ Drivers Over 75
Customers 75 years and older need to present an updated driver’s license.
⛽ Fuel Policy
Your rental car will be delivered with a certain amount of fuel. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received.
📌 Important Notes
- ✔ No refunds for excess fuel upon return.
- ✔ If the fuel level is lower than at pickup, the difference will be charged.
- ✔ Ensure you refuel at a trusted gas station before returning the car.
💰 Extra Charges / Child Seats / One-Way Rentals
👶 Child Seats & Booster Seats
Ensure a safe ride for your child with our optional seats:
- ✔ Child Seat / Booster Seat – €2.00 per day
🕛 Airport Delivery Outside Office Hours
Late-night or early-morning car deliveries at the airport come with an extra surcharge:
- ✔ Delivery between 22:00 - 08:00 – €20.00 surcharge
🚗 One-Way Rentals
Need to drop off your car at a different location? One-way rentals are available:
- ✔ On request
- ✔ Minimum rental period: 1 week
- ✔ Extra charge: €60.00
